Online One Room One Hour Design Clinic
Step 1: Establish the Brief:
A questionnaire will be emailed to the client to be completed by them. The completed questionnaire, together with photos & accurate measurements of the room should then be emailed back to our designer prior to the consultation.
Upon receipt of the email an appointment for a 1hour consultation via video call is booked.
Step 2: Consultation:
Review the completed questionnaire to confirm style preferences and objectives.
Discuss the main problem areas and possible solutions.
Close with review and agreement on recommendations and suggestions.
Step 3: Follow – up:
A Design File is then emailed to the client within 2-3 working days from the initial consultation, confirming the agreed solution.
·An optional follow up 15-minute call can be booked for two weeks after the date of the initial consultation.
